Liu Lei

Liu Lei, male, Han nationality, born in January 1957 in Liaocheng, Shandong Province, is a member of the Communist Party of China and an Army General of the Chinese people's Liberation Army.

He is now a member of the 19th CPC Central Committee and a political member of the PLA army.
