Zhang Xiaoming

Zhang Xiaoming, male, Han nationality, was born in September 1963 in Taixing, Jiangsu Province. He started work in July 1986. Master of criminal law, School of law, Renmin University of China.

He is currently a member of the 19th CPC Central Committee, deputy director (at the ministerial level) and Deputy Secretary of the Party group of the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the State Council in charge of daily work.
