Sun Yu

Sun Yu, male, born in May 1969, Han nationality, joined the Communist Party of China in June 2001 and started work in July 1992. He graduated from Northeast Forestry University majoring in railway and Bridge Engineering with a university degree and a master's degree.

He is now Secretary of the Party group and director of the Department of transportation of Heilongjiang Province.

In September 1988, he was a student majoring in civil engineering of Shanghai Railway University; in July 1992, he was an assistant engineer and Secretary of Harbin material anticorrosion plant of Ministry of railways; in March 1997, he was a section member, deputy chief section member and chief section member of housing and real estate department of Heilongjiang Provincial Department of construction (from March 2002 to April 2005, he was a master of railway and bridge engineering of Northeast Forestry University); in April 2007, he was a member of the Department of housing and real estate of Heilongjiang Provincial Department of construction, Deputy director of housing and real estate department of Heilongjiang Provincial Department of construction; in May 2008, deputy director of housing security and provident fund supervision department of Heilongjiang Provincial Department of construction; in August 2009, director of Housing Security Department of Heilongjiang Provincial Department of housing and urban rural development; in January 2014, member of Party group and deputy director of Heilongjiang Provincial Department of housing and urban rural construction; in December 2015, member of Party group of Heilongjiang Provincial Department of transportation In June 2020, he was Secretary of the Party group and director of the Department of transportation of Heilongjiang Province.

On June 18, 2020, the 19th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 13th people's Congress of Heilongjiang Province decided to appoint Sun Yu as director of the Department of transportation of Heilongjiang Province.
