The two suspects, Zhang Xiaobo, 28, and Li Junzhao, 24, are from Anle town, Luolong District, Luoyang City. At about 21:00 on September 17, the suspect Zhang Xiaobo and Li Junzhao conspired to rob because of lack of money.
