He fan, male, born in 1958, is director of tropical fruit tree Institute of Hainan Academy of Agricultural Sciences, researcher and master's supervisor.

Biography of characters

He graduated from South China Institute of tropical crops in 1982. From July 1982 to July 1987, he worked as a teacher in the Department of plant protection of South China University of tropical agriculture. From August 1987 to July 1995, he worked in the scientific research department of Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences. From August 1995 to now, he has worked in Hainan Academy of Agricultural Sciences. He has participated in 2 key projects of the Ministry of agriculture and 16 key projects of Hainan Province. He has presided over a number of national, provincial and ministerial key scientific research and development (transformation) projects. It has won many provincial and ministerial awards for scientific and technological progress, some of which have achieved great economic benefits.
