He once served as deputy director of Reception Office of Shenzhen Office of provincial government and general manager of Tianchi Hotel, director of reception office and general manager of Tianchi Hotel, Secretary of Party committee and deputy general manager of provincial Hotel and general manager of provincial hotel. He is now deputy director of Reception Office of Jilin Province. He plans to be the director of Reception Office of Jilin Province.
