Character controversy

On November 26, 2004, when Chen Jianfei was taking a helicopter to Macao via the outer port terminal in the afternoon, customs officers found a glass bottle with orange object in the inner compartment of his handbag, suspected to be 0.383 grams of cocaine powder, and arrested him on the spot. The case was handed over to Macao procuratorate yesterday. Chen Jianfei was found guilty of taking illegal drugs for personal consumption by the Macao primary court. However, considering the defendant's first offence and pleading guilty, he was given a light fine of Macao $2000 and released in court.
