Gao Na, female, Manchu nationality, was born in September 1973 with a postgraduate degree. She started work in September 1994 and joined the party in June 2000. He once served as secretary of the Party group and director of Yingkou science and Technology Bureau (Intellectual Property Office) of Liaoning Province.
