Xu Fei
Xu Fei, male, Han nationality, born in March 1964, joined the work in July 1982. He is a member of the Communist Party of China. In 1996, he received a doctor's degree in engineering from Southwest Jiaotong University. He is a postdoctoral in automatic control mobile station system engineering from Shanghai Jiaotong University. He is a senior visiting scholar from Harvard University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He is now the executive vice president of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics (bureau level).
He has a solid mathematical foundation and reasonable knowledge structure, broad academic vision and wide interests. He is interested in strategic management, game theory, financial leasing, organizational behavior and leadership development, and has more than 40 academic papers published in professional core academic journals. His works include strategic management, principles and methods of operational research, dual image theory of dual space and management, and profit winning theory. He graduated from University at the age of 18 with bachelor's degree in mathematics, master's degree in operational research and doctor's degree in management engineering, and postdoctoral degree in system engineering of Shanghai Jiaotong University. Now he is a member of China Mathematics Society, China operations research society, China systems engineering society, China Management Science Society and China Soft Science Society. From university to postdoctoral, during the whole study period, he has won various high-level awards for his "excellent academic performance, strong scientific research ability and high comprehensive quality", and enjoys the reputation of "award-winning professional". In 2001 and July 2003, he was awarded the title of "Excellent Communist Party member" by the Party committee of Zhangjiang High Tech Park and Shanghai Jiaotong University respectively.
He is the author of strategic management, principles and methods of operational research, dual space of two images and management theory of two images. As the project leader, he presided over the National Soft Science Research Program (Project No.: 2003dgq1b163) "the development mechanism and policy incentives of China's private high-tech enterprises" and the key project of Shanghai Science and technology development fund soft science research program "Research on enhancing the core technology competitiveness of Shanghai private high-tech enterprises".

At present, he is a member of the steering committee of entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities of the Ministry of education, vice president of China Innovation and entrepreneurship Association, director of Expert Committee of China Innovation and entrepreneurship Association, vice chairman of organization and Strategy Committee of China Management Association, vice chairman of China Business Management Research Association, vice chairman of China Federation of general practitioners, vice chairman of Shanghai Youth Federation, and President of Shanghai Behavioral Science Association In September 2005, he won the national teaching achievement award of the Ministry of education. In 2006, he was awarded the title of "new century excellent talent" and "Shanghai dawn scholar" by the Ministry of education. In 2007, he was a senior visiting scholar of Harvard University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

In January 2019, he served as vice chairman of the Social Construction Committee of the 13th Sichuan Provincial People's Congress.
