Wu Xiuzhu, female, Han nationality, from Dongpu town, Xiuyu District, Putian City, was born in July 1966. She is a member of the Communist Party of China. She has a graduate degree from the Central Party school and a professional title. She was a primary school teacher. She began to work in September 1983.

He is now the full-time vice chairman of Putian overseas Chinese Federation.

From September 1987 to July 1991, he studied in Xianyou normal school;

In June 1999, Fujian Institute of education graduated from junior college in primary school education major self-taught examination;

Since September 1999, he has been the vice chairman of the north bank Federation of trade unions of Meizhou Bay (from August 2001 to December 2003, he studied administration in the undergraduate class of Correspondence College of the Central Party School);

Since October 2002, he has been the chairman of the Federation of overseas Chinese in Xiuyu District of Putian City (since September 2008, he has participated in the study of economics and management in the in-service graduate class of the Central Party School).

He is now the full-time vice chairman of Putian overseas Chinese Federation.

Appointment and removal

In February 2021, he plans to be promoted to the department level leadership of the Municipal People's Congress and CPPCC.
