Zhou Huizhen

Zhou Huizhen is from Lianjiang county, Fujian Province. He used to be a member of the Party group and deputy director of Fujian Safety Supervision Bureau.

He joined the Communist Party of China in February 1977 and began to work in June 1974. He has a college degree and is an economist. He once served as deputy director of Planning Industry Department of Fujian Provincial Department of trade, director of Safety Supervision Division 2 and director of safety supervision division 3 of Fujian Provincial Bureau of safety supervision. From October 2013 to April 2018, he was a member of the Party group and deputy director of Fujian Provincial Bureau of safety supervision.

In April 2018, the Fujian provincial government website published a batch of cadre appointment and removal notices. After research, it was decided that Zhou Huizhen would be removed from the post of deputy director of Fujian Provincial Administration of work safety and retired.
