Li Peijing, born on May 20, 1956, is a Taiwanese female singer.

He made his debut in 1975. In 1976, Li Peijing became popular with "I love the moon". In 1979, when he was 23 years old, he was paralyzed by a failed spinal operation. In 1981, he was awarded the special prize of the 16th Golden Bell Award.

When he was a sophomore in junior high school, his family moved to Taipei, but because his father's factory closed down, he gave up his studies to solve his family's difficulties. In 1969, he took part in the singing competition of "five lamp Award" of Taiwan television and won the champion. In 1975, he joined LIGO records. "I love the moon" became popular in 1976, and then "young people under the moon" became very popular. In 1979, he went to the hospital for spinal surgery, but his lower body was paralyzed, which also led to the suspension of his performing career for many years. Until 1991, he came back and released the album "300 Tang Poems". In 1981, he was awarded the special prize of the 16th Golden Bell Award.

Personal life

In 1985, he married Ouyang Zhengyi. In 2013, Li Peijing was accused of forging a document by selling his house in the best part of Taipei and being accused by his mother. In December 2013, Li Peijing said that her parents would only beat her, scold her, and treat her as Qian Shu. On July 2, 2014, Li Peijing divorced Ouyang Zhengyi, pointing out that this was the result of her parents' distrust. However, after the divorce, Li Peijing was diagnosed with stage II breast cancer; Ouyang Zhengyi learned the news and registered with Li Peijing again in October of the same year and left in September 2016. in may 2017, Li Peijing found that her ex husband had been cheating on her for nearly eight years. He was so angry that he criticized her: "one hand holding Buddhist scriptures, the other hand having an affair!". Although the daughter of Ouyang Zhengyi and his ex-wife has no blood relationship with Li Peijing, Li Peijing takes good care of her.
