Huang Danping, female, Han nationality, from Nanhai City, Guangdong Province, was born in September 1963. He is currently a member of the Party group and deputy director of the State Administration of Taxation of Pingguo County, assisting the director in charge of policies and regulations, as well as the work of workers, youth and women.

He started work in August 1988 and joined the Communist Party of China in May 1994. He graduated from Guangxi Normal University with a graduate degree and is an assistant economist.
