On December 9, 2019, according to the South Korean media "daily sports", it was revealed on the YouTube program last week that Kim's lawyer, Jiang Rongxi, who was suspected of carrying out sexual violence, together with the representative of Hengli Research Institute, formally filed a criminal report against Kim in Seoul Central District Procuratorate as the agent of the victim at 11 am this morning.
