Xincheng hotel established Inner Mongolia Xincheng Hotel Group in 1996. On April 21, 2000, it was restructured into Inner Mongolia Xincheng Hotel Group Co., Ltd. on July 2, 2001, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region government officially approved the establishment of Inner Mongolia Xincheng Hotel Tourism Group Co., Ltd. On August 24, 2000, the National Tourism Administration approved Inner Mongolia Xincheng hotel as a five-star foreign-related tourism hotel, becoming the first five-star "state guesthouse" in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
