Fried rice with squid and ham

Production steps:
Step 1: a big bowl of leftovers was accumulated in two days. Our family ate too little and often had leftovers. There was a squid fired at home
Step 2: cut the ham into small cubes with proper amount of colored peppers. Don't use too much for embellishment. Also cut into small cubes
Step 3: chopped scallion
Step 4: wash squid and cut into small pieces
Step 5: saute the scallion in the pot
Step 6: stir fry the ham
Step 7: stir fry the squid until it is slightly red
Step 8: pour the rice into the pot, add appropriate amount of soy sauce and cooking wine, and stir fry until the rice is hot

Squid head: 100g
Ham: 50g

Soy sauce: right amount
Color pepper: right amount
Chives: right amount
Note: when the ham is fried, it has salty taste. Adding a small amount of soy sauce also improves the taste, so you don't need salt and chicken essence. I'm afraid it won't spread
