Step 1: cut the prepared tofu into small pieces and set aside

Step 3: soak the shrimp in clean water and remove the shrimp thread
Step 4: put the cut tofu in a pan and fry the six sides into golden yellow (or fried)
Step 5: take out the fried tofu with a fruit knife. Don't take out the other noodles. Take out a tofu shell.
Step 6: put the prepared meat stuffing into the tofu shell, and fill each one
Step 7: put the washed shrimp on top of each tofu and cover it on the meat stuffing, which is beautiful and has the flavor of seafood.
Step 8: put the tofu on a plate, add salt (a little, because you have to put it at last), chicken essence, green onion and ginger, mix the juice and pour it on the tofu
Step 9: finally put the frying pan, adjust the medium heat, salt, chicken essence, sugar, soy sauce, cooking wine, starch a little sauce. Sprinkle the chopped green onion on the tofu evenly, pour the juice, and the delicious tofu is ready.
