Braised bean curd
Introduction:
"This is my secret braised bean curd, which is different from the general sauce. The secret sauce is: Braised spare ribs soup (or other meat and bone soup)
Production steps:
Step 1: cut marinated tofu into pieces
Step 2: put oil in the pan, add tofu when it is hot, and fry until golden on both sides.
Step 3: Fry well, remove and control the oil
Step 4: cut the onion and ginger, and set aside the ingredients.
Step 5: prepare a bowl of braised spareribs soup. If not, you can use any other bone soup. If there is no soup, use white water.
Step 6: put the oil in the pan, saute the onion, ginger and garlic, add the fried bean curd to the sparerib soup (or water). If the sparerib soup itself is very salty, the following steps are omitted: if the water is put, or the soup is not salty enough, add soy sauce, sugar and salt. Simmer over high heat and collect the juice.
