Production steps:
Step 1: beat egg white, sugar and lemon crumbs
Step 2: sift in the low powder and baking powder, and stir evenly with a rubber knife
Step 3: pour the melted butter into 2 and stir well with a rubber knife
Step 4: cover with plastic film and put the batter in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
Step 5: pour the refrigerated batter into the butter brushing mould with a spoon and fill it with 8 minutes. Preheat the batter in a 180 degree oven for about 12 minutes. The temperature and time are determined by each oven
Step 6: gently knock out the baked Madeleine and let it cool

Butter: 100g
Eggs: 2
White granulated sugar: 80g
Lemon crumbs: half
Baking powder: half a teaspoon
Note: sift the powder in advance, cool the butter slightly after melting, and brush the butter on the mold in advance. According to the mold, most of Madeleine is golden. I also try to raise the temperature of my mold, but the effect is not very reasonable. I guess I can only make this color.
