Introduction:
"I've cooked a meal of braised potatoes before, but this time it's also a potato version of the meal - Sufu potatoes."
Production steps:
Step 1: peel potatoes, wash and cut into hob pieces;
Step 2: heat the oil in the pan, add the potatoes and fry until the surface is brown;
Step 3: add red bean curd, and a large spoon of red bean curd milk, add a few drops of soy sauce, stir well;
Step 4: medium and small fire for about 1 minute, sprinkle with scallion, stir fry, then out of the pot.
Step 5: finished product! It's delicious.
Materials required:
Potatoes: 1
Red Sufu: appropriate amount
Scallion: right amount
Soy sauce: moderate
Note: PS: 1. Potatoes cut a little smaller, easier to cook. 2. Because fermented bean curd and soy sauce are salty, I usually have a light mouth, so I don't put salt. If my mouth is heavy, I like salty, so I can add less salt.
