Production steps:
Step 1: beat the eggs and sugar with a blender until smooth

Note: before pouring the batter into the mold, the mold should be heated and coated with butter to avoid sticking to the mold. After pouring the batter into the mold, the mold should be burned with minimum heat to avoid discoloration on the surface and undercooked inside
