Stir fried shredded eel
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: dry 10 mushrooms, wash and soak in cold water.
Step 2: use scissors to cut the mushroom ring into 10 cm long strips (the shape is similar to eel shreds).
Step 3: put it into a hot water pot and scald it slightly, then take it out and set it aside.
Step 4: cut 1 bamboo shoot into shreds, put it into a cold water pot (this can remove the sour and astringent taste of bamboo shoots more effectively), boil it over low heat, take it out, control it dry and set it aside.
Step 5: remove the roots and leaves of 4 celeries, wash them, cut them into small sections, blanch them in a boiling water pan, take them out, control them dry and set them aside
Step 6: half green and half red pepper, wash, cut into filaments, set aside.
Step 7: oil in a hot pan, stir fry shallots and chopped ginger.
Step 8: pour mushroom strips, shredded bamboo shoots, celery section and shredded green and red pepper into the mixture and stir fry over high heat.
Step 9: add 1 teaspoon of soy sauce.
Step 10: add 1 teaspoon oyster sauce.
Step 11: add 1 teaspoon salt.
Step 12: add 1 teaspoon sugar and a little pepper.
Step 13: add the right amount of beef powder, stir well, pour in the lake powder, then out of the pot.
