Introduction:

Eating too much kelp can induce hyperthyroidism. Although iodine can inhibit the release of thyroxine, it can not inhibit the synthesis of thyroxine. Production steps:
Step 1: raw material drawing

Note: 1. Spicy TX can be put into chili sauce or not. 2. Because the chili sauce itself tastes salty, there is no need to add too much salt.
