Production steps:

Step 1: cut rape, shrimp, bean skin, agaric and Jinhua ham into shreds

Step 2: shred the bean skin, add water and boil it to remove the beany smell.

Step 3: put proper amount of water into the casserole, add fresh chicken juice (chicken soup should be added, it's a bit troublesome, this is direct), ginger slices (those who don't like ginger don't need to cut, the slices are easy to pick out)

Step 4: after boiling, add shredded bean skin, agaric, Dictyophora and ham, and cook for 30-40 minutes.
