Production steps:
Step 1: put about 200 grams of beer into the pot. After the beer is brought to a boil, lower the heat for another 3 minutes to allow the alcohol to evaporate.
Step 2: after cooking, take 150 grams of beer for reserve. After practice, it's almost only 150 grams.
Step 3: take the butter out of the refrigerator to soften.
