Braised chicken with mushrooms
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: soak the mushrooms in water and wash them clean.
Step 2: cut the mushroom in half.
Step 3: wash, peel and chop the chicken. I don't eat chicken skin at home
Step 4: ginger peeled and sliced, garlic peeled.
Step 5: heat the oil pan and saute the ginger and garlic until fragrant.
Step 6: put the chicken in and fry until it changes color.
Step 7: add mushrooms and stir well.
Step 8: pour in oyster sauce, soy sauce, soy sauce, Huadiao wine and sugar and bring to a boil.
Step 9: turn to medium low heat for 20 minutes until the chicken is well cooked.

Note: 1. I use Huadiao wine instead of water, the chicken is more fragrant.
