Badu roast pork with bamboo shoots
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the materials, put Badu bamboo shoots into the pot to cook for 15 minutes in advance, and soak them in cold water for one night.
Step 2: blanch the streaky pork in the pot, remove the bleeding water, wash and cut it into pieces.
