Introduction:

It has good curative effect on desquamation, acne, chapped and rough skin. The whitening effect of job's tears is well known, but strengthening the spleen and lung is also one of its major effects. Peanut has the effect of nourishing, longevity and immortality, known as "evergreen fruit". Job's tears peanut tremella soup is used to remove fire and moisten lung in autumn and winter. Production steps:
Step 1: prepare tremella, Coix, rock sugar and wolfberry.
Step 2: soak the tremella in advance, wash and tear the small flower for standby.
Step 3: soak peanuts and job's tears in cold water and wash them.
Step 4: pour Tremella into rice pot, add appropriate amount of cold water and simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 5: pour in peanuts and coix, and continue to simmer for 30 minutes.
Step 6: add rock sugar and simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 7: add Lycium barbarum and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 8: put the stewed tremella soup into a bowl and eat it warm.

Peanut: 40g
Wolfberry: 10g
Rock sugar: 40g
Note: 1, tremella stewed soup will become very thick, do not need to thicken. 2. Job's tears are easier to stew and bloom after soaking. 3. Job's tears are cold and women should avoid food in early pregnancy. 4. Old people with weak spleen and stomach, children, constipation and polyuria should not eat Coix.
