Production steps:
Step 1: all ingredients are ready.
Step 2: soak wolfberry in warm water for 10 minutes in advance.
Step 3: wash lettuce repeatedly.
Step 4: boil water in the pot.
Step 5: blanch the lettuce for less than half a minute.

Oyster sauce: right amount
Starch: right amount
Edible oil: right amount
Note: 1, blanch lettuce must not be too long, not more than half a minute, as long as the lettuce color, immediately turn off the fire, take up and cool. 2. Lycium barbarum just plays the role of color matching. It's OK not to put it.
