Stewed bean curd with potato
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients.
Step 2: put a little oil in the pot and stir fry the pork.
Step 3: stir fry until the meat is ready to turn into oil residue, add onion and ginger to stir fry.

Note: don't put too much salt in this dish, because frozen tofu absorbs more salt than potatoes.
