Easy to make afternoon tea: delicious coconut balls
Introduction:
"I used Jun Zhi's prescription. I didn't have coconut silk at home, so I used coconut. Good taste, fragrant say - I believe if there is coconut silk, certainly more delicious! Roasted small ball, the bottom is slightly burnt yellow, the whole body is basically milk white, very lovely
Production steps:
Step 1: pour all the ingredients into a container except the protein and the coconut to be coated.
Step 2: mix well.
Step 3: pour in the protein.
Step 4: make a ball with your hands.
Step 5: take a small piece of dough, knead it into a small ball about 2cm in diameter (it feels smaller, more lovely and easier to cook, so I made it smaller than Jun's recipe), and then dip it with a layer of coconut.
Step 6: put all the balls into the baking tray, preheat the oven 150 degrees, middle layer of the oven, heat up and down for 25 minutes.
Materials required:
Coconut: right amount
Low powder: 20g
Protein: 2
Fine granulated sugar: 25g
Milk powder: 20g
Note: this small ball must be baked at a slightly lower temperature for a long time to make the inside taste crisp. Therefore, the diameter of the small ball should not be too large, and it's better not to exceed 2.5cm.
