Low gluten flour, gold: silver: 35g: 20g

Milk powder, gold: silver: 15g: 20g

Milk (for golden silk): 20g

Egg yolk (for golden silk): 2

Protein (silver): 2

Butter (for golden silk): 50g

Fine granulated sugar: 50g each

Note: 1. Don't send butter completely. It tastes crisp and doesn't appear too crisp. It is also good for the ball to keep round in the baking process. 2. When silver is roasted, the temperature and time are very important.
