Stewed bean curd

Introduction:

"There are many ways to make tofu. I prefer stewed tofu. It's very good whether it's hot or cold. I use the remaining soup of stewed pig's feet to make stewed bean curd. With a little seasoning, it tastes very good. You might as well have a try. "

Production steps:

Step 1: a piece of northern tofu (brine tofu).

Step 2: cut the tofu into pieces about half a centimeter thick and 4cm long and 4cm wide.
