Stir fried beef fillet with lettuce

Introduction:

According to traditional Chinese medicine, beef has the functions of Tonifying Qi, nourishing spleen and stomach, strengthening muscles and bones, resolving phlegm and calming wind, relieving thirst and stopping salivation. It is suitable for people with middle qi depression, shortness of breath, body deficiency, weakness of muscles and bones, anemia, long illness and yellow and dizzy face. [”

Production steps:

Step 1: first cut the beef into strips and marinate with meat powder, raw meal and peanut oil for 30 minutes

Step 2: remove the skin of lettuce, cut it into square strips with a knife, shred ginger and chop garlic.

Step 3: put lettuce into blanching water (add 5g salt and peanut oil in water) for 1 minute, remove and control dry water

Step 4: stir fry beef filet once, remove the control dry oil and excess blood

Step 5: stir fry the spice head in hot pan, pour in beef fillet and lettuce, stir fry over high heat
