Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: first cut the beef into strips and marinate with meat powder, raw meal and peanut oil for 30 minutes
Step 2: remove the skin of lettuce, cut it into square strips with a knife, shred ginger and chop garlic.
Step 3: put lettuce into blanching water (add 5g salt and peanut oil in water) for 1 minute, remove and control dry water
Step 4: stir fry beef filet once, remove the control dry oil and excess blood
