Homemade sesame paste
Introduction:
"I started a wall breaker and used it to make sesame paste. Grind the roasted sesame first, and then add sesame oil. The finished product is very delicate and tastes very good. It's just that this time I added a little more sesame oil, which is a little thinner. I think it's very good to make hotpot seasoning. If you want something more viscous, you can put less sesame oil. Friends tried, with a relatively large power mixer can also make such an effect. It's just that the sesame paste made by the wall breaking machine has a better fusion. "
Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the fried white sesame. (fried sesame is available in supermarkets. If it is raw sesame, it can be washed and dried in the air and cooked in a frying pan.)
Step 2: add the broken wall machine cooking cup. (or high power mixer)
Step 3: cover the cup and screw on the steam cover. Adjust the speed control switch to the maximum and start the switch.
Step 4: grind all sesame seeds until oil comes out. Because it is pure sesame, so every start about half a minute to pause, otherwise the motor will burn. Juice soybean milk does not have this problem.
Step 5: add proper sesame oil. Adjust the speed control switch to the minimum and start the switch for about one minute.
Step 6: adjust the amount of sesame oil according to your preference.
