Production steps:
Step 1: chop the pig's feet.
Step 2: wash peanuts, slice ginger and cut parsley into sections.
Step 3: blanch the pig's feet for 30 seconds. Pour peanuts into boiling water for 1 minute.
Step 4: pour all ingredients (except coriander) and seasonings into a pressure cooker, add 700ml water, and press over high heat for 15 minutes.
Step 5: take it out, pour it into the pot and open fire. Add chicken powder and oyster sauce.
Step 6: put it into the pot and simmer for 5 minutes. Garnish with coriander.
