Cold cucumber and bean skin
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: clean the cucumber and cut it into shreds.
Step 2: cut the bean curd skin into thin strips.
Step 3: scald tofu skin in boiling water for one minute.
Step 4: rinse the hot tofu skin with cold boiled water, drain the water and put it into the basin.
Step 5: put the sliced cucumber and scallion into the pot.
Step 6: add a spoonful of salt.
Step 7: add proper amount of sesame oil and stir evenly.

Scallion: right amount
Sesame oil: right amount
Note: 1. The beancurd smell will not be so big when the beancurd skin is scalded in hot water. 2. Those who don't like scallion can be omitted~
