Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients
Step 2: white shrimp cut shrimp awn, cut shrimp back, pick sand line
Step 3: wash, marinate with salt and cooking wine for 20 minutes.
Step 4: wash the celery, tear off the thick stem and cut into thick slices
Step 5: mix the juice with starch, sugar, pepper, salt and other seasonings
