A versatile delicacy loved by everyone

Introduction:

"Summer is coming, and a large number of hot peppers are on the market. Without exception, chopped peppers are starting to be made again! Since I made chopped peppers, I have never bought them outside, because the taste is far worse than what I made, and there is no preservative, so I feel relieved to eat them. Fresh chopped pepper with Douchi is more delicious than pure chopped pepper. Whether it's steamed fish, steamed meat or noodles, it's absolutely first-class. Do it with your hands. Don't worry. Eat it with your heart

Production steps:

Step 1: prepare all the materials.

Step 2: wash and dry the pepper, then remove the pedicels (do not remove the pedicels first, so as to avoid the difficulty of water drying).

Step 3: cut the dried peppers 2-3 times (remember to wear gloves).

Step 4: Chop garlic and ginger.

Fifth step: cut the hot pepper and garlic into the big pot, add the salt chicken powder and sugar white baijiu.

Step 6: put on disposable gloves and stir evenly.

Step 7: stir the chopped peppers well, cover well and keep still for more than 3 hours.

Step 8: heat the pot over high heat, pour in the oil (pour more), add the Douchi and saute until fragrant

Step 9: pour in the chopped pepper.

Step 10: stir fry in high heat for about 5 minutes (try the taste and add seasoning appropriately). After cooling, put it into a clean, oil-free and water-free glass bottle, and refrigerate it for 3 days.
