Winter melon tea
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: wash the wax gourd seeds and dice them.
Step 2: crush the rock sugar and brown sugar.
Step 3: marinate white gourd with brown sugar for about half an hour.
Step 4: after pickling, wax gourd will naturally flow out water; add rock sugar to make wax gourd tea (no additional water is needed).
Step 5: I use the electric pot to control the time for two hours, during which I need to constantly stir to prevent the sugar from burning; cook until the wax gourd meat is transparent.
Step 6: use filter or gauze to separate slag.
Step 7: filter a little more.
Step 8: put the filtered wax gourd syrup into a clean sealed bottle and store it in the refrigerator. (preferably in a week)
Step 9: the remaining wax gourd residue can be mixed with hot water or boiled with water.

Brown sugar: 50g
Rock sugar: 50g
