Braised pork chops
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients.
Step 2: pour the oil in a cold pan, add the rock sugar and melt it slowly.
Step 3: pour in the ribs and stir fry.
Step 4: pour in ginger, onion and garlic, stir well.
Step 5: pour in the soy sauce and stir fry well.
Step 6: add ingredients, star anise and fragrant leaves, then pour water over the spareribs and simmer for 50 minutes over low heat. Sprinkle salt on the spareribs as they come out of the pot.
