Fried sliced meat with onion

Introduction:

"This onion fried meat slice is made of purple skin onion with relatively higher nutritional value. The pungent flavor of the fried onion has disappeared, leaving a light sweet and unique taste."

Production steps:

Step 1: slice the lean pork, chop the onion, chop the water hair fungus, shred the scallion, add cooking wine and salt to the meat, stir well and marinate for 20 minutes;
