French vegetable chicken kebab

French vegetable chicken kebab

Introduction:

"The dosage of thyme and pepper is based on the half box of traditional Chinese medicine pill box, including rosemary and thyme."

Production steps:

Step 1: wash chicken breast and cut into small pieces, peel onion and cut into small pieces.

Step 2: cut the fragrant leaves with scissors.

Step 3: remove the white stem of green and red pepper and cut it into small pieces.

Step 4: cut the small tomato in half along the short circumference (see step diagram).

Step 5: make marinade: mix olive oil, clover, thyme, rosemary, pepper and salt together.

Step 6: add lemon juice and set aside.

Step 7: put on the small tomatoes, green peppers, red peppers and onions in turn, and separate them with chicken breast.

Step 8: after wearing, pour the seasoning juice evenly on the string and marinate it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Step 9: after marinating, fry in a pan for about 5 minutes.

Materials required:

Chicken breast: 125g

Green pepper: half

Red pepper: half

Onion: 1

Small tomatoes: 8

Olive oil: 40ml

Rosemary: 5 twigs

Thyme: 1 / 2 Box

Fragrant leaves: 2 pieces

Lemon: half

Salt: right amount

Pepper: 1 / 2 Box

Note: 1. The amount of chicken breast will be relatively large, carnivorous "animals" suggest to buy more back. 2. Green and red peppers and onions can't be used up. In fact, half of the amount is enough. I only use 1 / 4 green and red peppers and onions for 125g chicken breast, and I string a lot of the rest. This small dish is very suitable for party or current wine and food at home. 3. The amount of onion is very small. You don't have to worry about the smell of onion when you can't stand the children's shoes! I used 8 small sticks for 4.125g chicken breast. If I used a big stick, it would be more delicious. But if I used a big stick, the small tomatoes can be directly strung without cutting.
