Fried udong without oil fume
Introduction:
Production steps:
Step 1: Korean sweet sauce
Step 2: put some water and oil in the pot and bring to a boil, then put a piece of Wudong into the pot. Cover the pot and cook it over medium heat for one or two minutes. Open the pot cover and turn it over with chopsticks. Then cover the pot and cook it. Repeat several times. Turn it over with chopsticks and hold Wudong in a circle gently (don't rush to break it up to avoid breaking it off), until Wudong is scattered.
Step 3: add Korean sweet sauce and soy sauce, mix well. If there is no Korean sweet sauce, you can replace it and soy sauce with sweet soy sauce; if there is no sweet soy sauce, you can mix sugar and soy sauce by yourself.
Step 4: add the vegetables, stir fry and mix well. When the vegetables are cooked, pour some sesame oil and put them into the pan. If you like meat flavor, you can put some thin pieces of meat (the kind of hot pot, which is easier to cook) before putting green vegetables. The rest of the steps are the same.
