Introduction:

Job's tears contains protein, fat, carbohydrate, crude fiber, mineral calcium, phosphorus, iron, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, nicotinic acid, starch, leucine, arginine, lysine, tyrosine, fatty acid, Coixenolide, Coixenolide oil, sitosterol, alkaloids and other nutrients. Production steps:

Step 1: prepare the ingredients

Step 2: wash the black rice and job's tears and cook them in the rice pot

Step 3: put the milk in the pot and add sugar. Heat the milk over low heat until the sugar is melted. Turn off the heat

Step 4: melt the fish glue in cold water

Step 5: add black rice and coix seed

Step 6: stir well with chopsticks

Step 7: after cooling, scoop it into the jelly mould with a spoon and put it into the refrigerator for more than 3 hours

Materials required:

Black rice: 25g

Coix: 25g

Milk: 100g

Fine granulated sugar: 15g

Fish glue slice: 5g

Note: first, my black rice job's tears is the rest of breakfast porridge, so the amount is relatively small, parents can add a lot when doing it. Second, the sweetness can be quantified according to their own preferences. Third, because the rice has a little viscosity under the mold, we must be careful when demoulding
