Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: remove the root of Flammulina velutipes and wash it in water.

Step 2: wash the turnip and green and red pepper, cut them into strips, chop the garlic and set aside.

Step 4: add the turnip and stir fry.

Step 5: add Flammulina velutipes and stir fry until unripe.

Flammulina velutipes: 200g

Turnip: 50g

Edible oil: right amount

Green pepper: 1

Red pepper: 1

Garlic: right amount

Note: turnip is pickled vegetables, salt content, this dish can not put salt or less salt. Like to eat monosodium glutamate or chicken powder parents can put some, I think the mushroom itself with flavor, do not put monosodium glutamate more original.
