Steamed crucian carp with millet and pepper
Introduction:
"Sour and spicy delicious crucian carp."
Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the materials, crucian carp, scallion, ginger, coriander and shallot.
Step 2: clean the crucian carp, rub salt on the surface, a small amount of it, and cut ginger slices on the surface to remove the fishiness. Boil the water in the steamer and steam the fish for 10 minutes.
Step 3: when steaming the fish, we cut the millet pepper into small pieces, and cut the coriander and shallot into foam.
Step 4: put the chopped millet, pepper, coriander and scallion into a bowl, and then add salt, sugar, white vinegar, chicken essence, mineral water, or cool. It will taste good after a while. (I put some boiling hot water first, soak it, and then put mineral water. In this way, millet pepper will be more spicy.)
Step 5: put the steamed crucian carp in the seasoning after steaming. Delicious steamed crucian carp with millet pepper is ready.
