Production steps:
Step 1: prepare materials. Instant coffee powder should be used, if not, cocoa powder can be used instead (or coffee powder + Cocoa powder combination). Sugar powder (icing) can be bought in the supermarket sugar cabinet (such as Swire icing).
Step 2: soften 60 grams of butter at room temperature to a non flowing, non liquid and easily penetrated soft solid. Mix well with egg beater, no need to beat.
Step 3: add 40g sugar powder and 20g coffee powder, stir well (if the coffee powder is bitter, please reduce to less than 10g)
Step 4: sift in 90g of low flour
Step 5: mix into a ball with a scraper
Step 6: divide the dough into 20 portions, about 10 grams each.
Step 7: roll into a cylinder similar to the shape of jujube and place it on the baking paper. Press a knife on it with the back of the knife. Don't cut it off.
Step 8: put in the middle layer of the preheated oven, bake at 175 ℃ for about 25 minutes. (the coloring will not be obvious)
Step 9: coffee flavored hard biscuits are crisp even after two days. Because the texture is hard, it will be suitable with milk tea and black tea.

Note: if you have patience, you can divide the dough into two parts to make 40 small dough of 5g each, which will be smaller and more lovely.
