Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: wash tremella and glutinous rice separately and soak them. (Tremella to be small)

Step 2: put the soaked tremella and glutinous rice into the pot and add water. Bring to a boil, turn to low heat, boil until thick, glutinous rice cooked.

Step 3: pour in the tin and sugar, stir well. Boil. Turn off the fire.

Step 4: put in a container and let cool. Put it in the refrigerator. After a period of time, when it's cold, take it out and eat it.

Materials required:

Glutinous rice: right amount

Canned pineapple and coconut: one

Tremella: right amount

Sugar: right amount

Note: cans can be selected according to personal preference. Cooking porridge over low heat will make it thicker. If you like hot porridge, you can eat it directly without putting it in the refrigerator.
