Cinnamon rolls (kanelbullar)

Introduction:

Production steps:

Materials required:

Flour: 800g

Fresh yeast: 50g

Milk: 330ML

Eggs: 2

Butter: 250g

Salt: 10g

Nutmeg powder: 15g

Syrup: 100ml

Sugar: 50g

Cinnamon powder: 40g

Pearl sugar Granule: right amount

Note: 1. If there is no fresh yeast, 35g yeast powder can be used instead. 2. There is no need to worry about the length of time in the second fermentation, as long as the bread rolls are fermented to twice the original size. 3. If you want to quickly ferment, you can put the dough or dough rolls in the oven after covering with wet cloth (35-38 ℃), you will find that the waiting time will be greatly shortened
